Delivery
When can I expect delivery?
48 Hour Free and fully tracked delivery service on all orders to UK mainland! We do have an option for next day deliveries at a price of £8.95. Please check stock availability if you do require express shipping.
Which courier do you use?
We use a wide range of couriers depending on the size of the order and package.
What time will my delivery be?
Delivery will usually take place between 9am and 6pm.
Why have I received a partial delivery?
Some of our stock comes direct from the major brands hence your order may arrive as 2 separate packages.

What is the warranty period?
We offer 3 years warranty on all Hikvision & Securicam products. All Hilook by Hikvision products come with a 2 years RTB warranty.
Do you sell products manufactured to UK specification?
We are official Authorised Hikvision Wholesale partners hence all our Hikvision and HiLook products are genuine UK specification. The latest firmware and updates are available periodically. The Securicam range of CCTV Cameras & Accessories are also designed and manufactured to UK Specification. We do not sell any grey market or out of region products.
Is the product in stock?
The vast majority of our products are always in stock for special high end products there maybe a slight delay in delivery. Please contact our sales team on 01138 343722 for further details

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We can offer Saturday delivery for orders based on stock availability. Please note: an additional charge will be applied.

After You've Ordered
What if I need to return my order?
We accept returns for unused items within 14 days of purchase. The product must be returned in original packaging, for Hikvision products (trade customers, please see our terms & conditions section).
My product is faulty what should I do?
Please contact our technical support team via email on support@cctvtek.co.uk and provide as many details as possible, a technician will try to help resolve the issue and if required an RMA form will be sent for completion and return of the product.
