Hikvision DS-2CE72UF3T-E Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CE72UF3T-E camera features an 8 MP (3840×2160) 1/2.5″ CMOS sensor, a 2.8 mm fixed focal lens (110°×59°×131° FOV), and a built-in white-light illuminator reaching up to 40 m. Thanks to ColorVu technology, it provides 24/7 full-colour imaging even in very low light. A powerful F1.0 aperture and high-performance sensor ensure colourful details at night. True WDR (≥130 dB) and 3D noise reduction yield clear images under challenging lighting. The turret camera is IP67-rated (weather/dustproof) and operates from –40 °C to +50 °C. It supports Power over Coax (PoC) or 12 V DC input, simplifying installation with a single coaxial cable for video and power.
The included Hikvision iDS-7204HUHI-K1/4S(B) DVR is a 4-channel, 1U AcuSense H.265+ recorder. It accepts HD-TVI (TurboHD), AHD, CVI, CVBS, and even up to four IP camera inputs (up to 5 MP each). The DVR records the analogue ColorVu camera in full 8 MP if required (up to 15 fps) and supports up to 5 MP HDCVI/AHD inputs at higher frame rates. H.265+ compression nearly halves storage needs. Video outputs include HDMI (up to 2K) and VGA. It offers one SATA slot (supports up to 10 TB HDD) and network connectivity for remote viewing (RJ45, 10/100 Mbps) with up to 32 simultaneous users.
